SURESEAL Flange Liners

Locally developed, thermoplastic flange nozzle liner for Glassfibre Reinforced Plastic (G.R.P) applications in common sizes 25 N.B. to 150 N.B.

Homogenous injection Moulded in Polypropylene and P.V.C as standard stack items, PVDF and HDPE are available on request.

No thinning of material at internal radius of flared flange face.

Improved gasket sealing by the incorporation of grooves on the flange face.

No risk of weld failure on flared face and tube interface.

Uniformly moulded with accurate tolerance.

Chemical resistant.

Ideal for butt welding to lined G.R.P pipe systems or hot gas welding to thermo plastic lined equipment.

Suitable for use as ANSI B16.5 150 lbs and BS 4505 PN10 full face or stub flanges. Can be drilled to suite other flange table if required.
