SURESEAL "Maxi" Gaskets

Locally developed and manufactured large diameter flange gaskets.

SURESEAL "Maxi" Gaskets consists of an extruded elastomer profile and an external GRP composite support ring.

A wide range of possible diameters can be accommodated, or if necessary fabricated on site to suit.

Profiled double O-ring convolutions assist with sealing on uneven surfaces and misaligned flanges.

Ideal for pressure and vacuum duty.

Successfully used on rubber lined flange surfaces, where surface undulations are common.

EPDM is the standard elastomer, however other elastomer types are available for specified medium and temperature duties.

The SURESEAL "Maxi" Gasket is inherently stable and resistant to lateral flow when

subjected to high seating loads.

The elastomer profile can be joined by hot vulcanization as an alternatively to cold cure adhesive jointing.

Particularly suitable for plastic and composite flanges where low gasket seating loads are encountered.

Reliable sealing properties without damaging delicate lining surfaces.

Superior corrosion resistance.

Flange bolt torque requirements are greatly reduced.

GRP support rings are supplied as a complete annular ring, segmented portions or manufactured on site to minimise transport costs.

Simple to install and centralise.

Gaskets retain their original shape and can be dismantled and reused.
